How can I arrange a tour/viewing?

We enjoy showing prospective clients around our lovely building. Just get in touch – we can offer you a choice of a virtual tour (using a suitable App such as WhatsApp) or, even better, a guided tour by one of the company directors.

What is your price for your offices?

Our office prices are determined by the size of the office, so it’s best to contact us to discuss this. We need to chat with you to establish your requirements and determine the best size of office for you. Don’t worry, we are not a corporate type business and will not pressure you into taking an office that isn’t suitable for your needs.

Why can't you sell me a virtual office online?

We like to meet face-to-face with all our prospective clients. We want to get to know you and what your needs are and provide you with the best possible service. We also need to meet with you to carry out client due diligence: this requires us to verify your identity which is difficult, but not impossible, to do remotely.

If I enquire, what will you do with my information?

Client confidentiality is at the heart of our services and has been even before GDPR. We never divulge your information to third parties (except when legally required to) unless you explicitly instruct otherwise. Our data protection policy is available here, but to save you a long read, we only gather sufficient information necessary to conduct business with you and will delete this when it is no longer required. All data relating to enquiries that do not convert to a sale is automatically redacted after 6 months.
