Orion Business Centres is located in the heart of Stamford, Lincolnshire, a market town of some 20,000 inhabitants and one of the finest stone towns in the country.

Stamford has ready access to the A1 trunk road and from this to other major east coast road connections. It also has a rail station, which is on the Birmingham to Peterborough Line.

Stamford is within the district of South Kesteven - the most south westerly of the seven Lincolnshire districts and, as such, is in close proximity to Cambridgeshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Rutland.

Situated in the East Midlands, it is approximately 90 miles from London. South Kesteven is an ideal location for new business development or business relocation and is one of the fastest growing districts in the UK with a population of over 130,000 and covering some 945 square kilometres. The district comprises of four main towns: Stamford, Grantham, Bourne and The Deepings. In addition, there are over 100 villages and hamlets spread throughout the district.

Stamford, is conveniently situated next to the A1 trunk road just North of Peterborough, providing excellent communication links to the North & South, and with other key roads such as the A14, A52, A15 and A16, it offers an excellent distribution network with easy access to London, The Midlands and The North.

Orion House is near several public car parks, notably at Scotgate (postcode PE9 2YE) and North Street (postcode PE9 1EE).
