We have 17 offices comprising approximately 3800 ft2 of floor area (common areas are separate). Office sizes range from 1 person, up to 8/9 people, and everything in between.
Prices include all services, furniture, cleaning, maintenance and our virtual reception and virtual office services.
All offices are private workspaces with good ventilation, heating and LED lighting.
We have invested in equipment, procedures and contractor support to safeguard the premises. A modern intruder alarm system (incorporating fingerprint recognition), enabling 24/7 access, and a modern fire detection and alarm system form the backbone of our premises protection.

Fast internet connectivity - you can have your own internet installed or connect to our LAN.
One of the great benefits of serviced office space is having communal facilities: reception, kitchen, meeting room and toilets. The kitchen is a favoured meeting place for clients; although, in the current health crisis, we have had to modify and control access to the kitchen to keep people safe.
We try to make our office prices as inclusive as we can. Nobody likes to have nasty surprises, so we want you to know exactly what you are committing to and will openly discuss these when you enquire.
Overall, serviced offices can be less expensive than conventional leased offices.
Only pay for the space you need: everything else (reception, kitchen, etc) is a bonus.
Occupation is by licence and, unlike a lease, does not require a solicitor, making it easy to move in and move on, no matter how long you stay for.
